For the Lesaffre exhibition booth at Gulfood, the stand design was developed by the client’s appointed agency, Lumina, while all booth production, technical detailing, on-site installation, and dismantling were executed by our Dubai booth builder team. Delivered as a custom-built exhibition booth, the project required precise coordination between production and on-site execution to ensure a seamless build process.
Developed on a 120 m² footprint (15 m x 8 m), the booth featured a large-scale layout with a suspended hanging structure, supporting strong brand visibility and efficient visitor flow throughout the exhibition. Acting as a local booth builder in Dubai, we managed the full build-up and dismantling process in line with Gulfood exhibition requirements, ensuring smooth on-site delivery under a tight show schedule.
Dubai Booth Production & On-Site Installation
All booth production and on-site installation services for the Lesaffre Gulfood exhibition booth were carried out under our direct responsibility. While the design concept was provided by the appointed design agency, our scope covered full production planning, technical implementation, site coordination, as well as build-up and dismantling management.
The booth was manufactured as a custom-built structure, with all elements prepared to ensure efficient assembly during build-up. The Lesaffre exhibition booth was delivered as a custom booth build, combining a large-scale layout with a suspended overhead element designed to maximize brand visibility across the exhibition hall. The hanging structure booth required precise technical detailing and close coordination between production and on-site teams to ensure safe and accurate installation.
Developed as part of a Gulfood booth build, the suspended structure was integrated with truss systems, custom-fabricated elements, and linear LED lighting. Structural planning and rigging coordination were managed in alignment with exhibition regulations, allowing the hanging element to be installed efficiently without disrupting the overall build schedule.
This approach positioned the stand as a technically advanced hanging structure exhibition stand, reinforcing both visual impact and operational reliability throughout the show.
Dubai Build-Up, Dismantling & Technical Coordination
The booth build-up and dismantling phase was managed through a structured approach focused on timing, safety, and operational continuity. Throughout the process, technical coordination played a key role in aligning production outputs with on-site requirements, ensuring that each stage of the build progressed smoothly.
During the Gulfood build-up process, close venue coordination and continuous on-site supervision allowed the stand to be installed and dismantled efficiently, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with exhibition regulations.
